Cepagatti is only a couple of minutes away by car, with everything you need from a small town, and the autostrada is about 10 to 15 minutes away. I spent six days here and really liked the quiet setting. Breakfast was a great buffet, the hosts were very friendly, and my room had effective air conditioning. WiFi was free in both the rooms and dining area.

The information here seems to bring together several places called B&B Oasi, especially the ones in Alassio and Rosciano, so it may describe more than one property. The Rosciano location gets positive mentions for its services and for being a good base to explore the area. The Alassio one is described as having a panoramic sea view near the historic Via Julia Augusta. Bed-and-Breakfast.it lists it at 9.2/10 from two positive reviews, while Tripadvisor reviews of the Rosciano B&B praise its location and service. Guests also mention cleanliness and the views. Room details listed include private bathrooms, TVs, free WiFi, and sizes around 14 to 20 square metres. Children's beds and minibars are available, and some rooms have balconies or terraces with panoramic views. The owners are described as warm and friendly, with professional service; some guests call the breakfast exquisite. Amenities mentioned include a garden, parking, outdoor furniture and a fireplace, plus a hot tub and relaxation area. Quiet, well-behaved pets are accepted.

We’ve returned to this B&B over several years because it feels so welcoming and is kept clean. Michele and Maria are wonderful owners, always generous and ready to help. We’ll be back again for sure!

The food was a real highlight, with a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the place was spotless. We spent two nights at this lovely property. The owners were so friendly and always available when we had questions. We’ll definitely return.

For our overnight stop while visiting the Rosciano Witches' Night, we picked a room with its own entrance and found it spotless and welcoming. We had a great stay, with a lovely breakfast and genuinely pleasant, courteous service. I highly recommend the event too.
