The apartment at CALA LUNA SUITE was lovely, airy, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. We were there for a weekend around the end of August and start of September, and Mrs. Ilaria De Santis was very kind. The trouble came from the family in the neighboring apartment. Every morning they got up at dawn and gathered on the terrace beside our bedroom, making a racket and showing no consideration for anyone else. They saw us looking out, still sleepy, but carried on regardless. I photographed every sunrise over the sea, though I didn’t get any rest. Still, everything else was great, and we’ll return next year, hopefully without the rude people. 😜🤩💙💙

CALA LUNA SUITE.B 2 has a beautiful home and a lovely view, with everything close by. We’re grateful to Mrs. DE SANTIS for being so kind. It’s a shame about the guests on our floor. There were six neighbors, and they were unfortunately very arrogant: at 3 AM, the toilet flushing behind the wall by our bed woke us up. Worse, every morning at 5:30 they chatted loudly on the terrace, just a meter from our room. The newsagent downstairs opens early and leans out to look in. 🤣 Those guests had no idea about politeness or respect. It would otherwise be a wonderful place.

The apartment was clean and well located, but don’t trust the listing on Abritel.fr. Some of its description and photos didn’t match what was actually there. There was only one bedroom, and no microwave, oven, toaster, or barbecue. Parking wasn’t included either. After several exchanges with the owner, I got the parking cost refunded and a microwave was supplied, but I’m still waiting on the toaster.

A quiet, clean residence in an excellent spot by the beach. It’s a bit away from the center of San Benedetto, though the bus makes it easy to get there.

The house was comfortable and airy, with a sea view, and we enjoyed our week there. Street noise was the one downside, though that’s obviously not the house’s fault.
