The building is elegant, and the management was kind and helpful. It's well placed for both the sea and the center, with parking available. One catch: towels, heating, and air conditioning cost extra. One room has a Sanitrit drain, so it needs careful use or repairs could be costly. Since it's electric, the bathroom also can't be used if the power goes out.

The hostess was lovely, flexible, and always reachable. She even helped us sort out parking, and we'll definitely return. Our room was very nice and just right for my husband and me. The sea is around 400 meters away, the center about 500, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The San Benedetto promenade is stunning. Everything was excellent.

Silvia and her mother made us feel at home, paying close attention and making sure we had what we needed. The place is right in central San Benedetto, near the sea and promenade, and the rooms are all lovely, so choosing one is hard. Ours felt especially welcoming. Cleanliness was impeccable, the prices were fair, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

We never got to stay at this lovely property, but the owner's response made a real impression. My wife and I were breaking up our drive from Florence to Basilicata so we could visit San Benedetto del Tronto. A personal issue came up, and I asked to cancel just two minutes after booking. Because it was an immediate-payment reservation, Booking.com wouldn't allow a penalty-free cancellation. The owner understood and promptly arranged a full refund through the site, even though they weren't obliged to do so. That kind of honest, serious approach deserves to succeed in a business full of sharks.
