Villa Intelvi

The place has beautiful grounds and a great view, and the property itself could be lovely. But we arrived to find both houses in a completely unhygienic state: mold in several spots on the walls, dusty rooms, light switches stuck together, and a dishwasher that didn't clean properly. It was obvious nobody had cleaned before we got there. There were also broken electrical fixtures and appliances. The toilet light switch didn't work, so we had to use a flashlight. Some sleeping areas were open spaces being sold as rooms, with no privacy, and the lawn was unmowed with overgrown plants. One door even swung open and came right off. The high price wasn't justified by any of this. After we complained several times, we got only a 10% discount, and our last message received no reply. We don't expect things to improve, and based on our stay, we strongly advise against this accommodation.
