The hotel’s exterior is stunning and it was very clean, but I didn’t feel welcome except from one staff member who could actually speak English. I felt like I was walking into someone’s home every time. When I took water and an espresso outside, the door hit me as I opened it and I nearly spilled them. I caught my balance, and one staff member laughed. There didn’t seem to be any fire safety equipment. The electricity in our room crackled whenever we touched it. Some rooms do have a stunning view of Vsevious. The cleaners were lovely, though making guests feel welcome isn’t their job. I asked for a burger and fries and got a burger patè with fries for €12. Around the corner, Burgersia is new and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Their burger with cheese, salad, sauce, mozzarella on bread crumbs, and other things was €9.50 and worth every penny. The staff there were so attentive. I won’t be returning to the hotel.

The only real positives were the kids’ entertainment, like the bouncy castles, and the waiters, who were friendly and helpful. Still, the slow service was a problem. We arrived at 11 and didn’t leave until 7, and the food quality was poor. The music started out fun, but after around half an hour it was too much, and it was still very loud five hours later. It was also excessively hot inside. April can be warm, but with a crowded indoor restaurant, there should be air conditioning or another way to cool the place. In a word, rubbish.
