We wished we could’ve stayed longer after our two nights at the end of May. We’d booked a room for four, for two adults and kids, but since the hotel wasn’t full, we got a bigger suite with everything we could’ve wanted. The hiking trails start right outside, and it’s a 20-minute drive to the top of a picturesque mountain. Our host was super helpful and nice, so we’ll definitely be back. Breakfast was just coffee and a croissant at the hotel next door, but oh my God, those croissants were the best in the whole world!

The area is stunning, with loads of good walks nearby, and we had a delicious evening meal here. Staff looked after us so well and went above and beyond. Our room had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The Grand Hotel made sure we had a wonderful New Year’s Eve, and the place looked like a dream under the snow that had fallen shortly before. Dinner that night was memorable too. We’d booked through a well-known travel provider more than a month ahead for December 31, 2025, but when we arrived there was an overbooking problem they couldn’t sort out. Maurizio was immediately helpful, literally “our Savior,” and he and the Grand Hotel staff were attentive and understanding. We’re so grateful to them.

The hostess was very kind, and the wine was excellent. We stayed over Easter on half board. Dinner was delicious, with mixed antipasto, mushroom risotto and profiteroles, and the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. Our room was clean and warm. Good value for money.

We had a very nice weekend. The hotel has been renovated, there’s plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but fine for a few days, with its own bathroom and modern furnishings, including a TV. They also have apartments. Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, but we could pay extra for the buffet.
