B&B Cascina San Martino

A charming place, made even nicer by how kind and helpful the owners are.

The owner’s friendliness and willingness to help round out the whole experience. There’s convenient parking on the property for a few cars, plus a handy large lot just a few dozen meters away if needed. The place is beautifully maintained, with lovely rooms and a genuinely spacious common area. Great attention to detail, especially with cleanliness.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and even set us up with a travel cot and an interactive playmat for our little girl. The recently renovated B&B is delightful, well furnished, and extremely clean. We had a single spacious room with plenty of space, a roomy bathroom, and all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was simple, but made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Not adequate. The quality and price don’t line up. We were asked to shift check-in from 3 PM to 6 PM, and nobody even mentioned that construction was underway on the way into the building. The internal parking was inhospitable, and the property didn’t meet the standards of its management. Both the location and the room felt claustrophobic. We chose not to stay, but still had to pay for the room. Some people would be better off earning less and changing careers.
