Don't stay here.

I was a little worried after reading lots of bad reviews, but in practice it was fairly okay. The house and room are old and shabby, but it's a separate room with a private bathroom and balcony. That was enough for me to spend some time there in the evening and sleep. If you want extra comfort or a nice aesthetic, I'd skip it. If you just need a place to sleep, it's fine.

The staff were disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I've never dealt with anything like it. Their messages gave a military impression, as if they only knew how to issue rules instead of welcoming guests, and it ended in insults. This was because I arrived an hour early and called to ask about changing the reservation for two people. It was a terrible and dangerous experience. The staff were not professional or helpful at all. They spoke rudely, and even their messages felt like orders rather than a welcome. They insulted me after I arrived an hour early and phoned to ask about changing the booking for two people. I've never seen anything like this. A terrible, dangerous experience.

For the price, it's excellent value: a good place to stay for a few days in the historic center. This is a straightforward B&B, with standard rooms, private bathrooms, clean beds, and fresh towels in the room. Honestly, the reviews don't really reflect the place.
