We had a lovely stay in this perfect house, which has all the amenities you need in Palermo and is close to everything. The host was such an amazing person, very tuned in to what we needed and ready to help with anything. I’d absolutely recommend it!

The location is very convenient, close to the center and the main sights, and the place was quite clean. There was plenty of space for two couples, with two extra small beds as well. But our February stay was really uncomfortable because the apartment was so cold. Each room had an AC, but they weren’t enough to make it comfortable, and there was no heat at all in the hallway or kitchen, so we couldn’t spend time there. We asked the landlord for extra heaters and didn’t get any. My wife even caught a cold. The blankets were very old and not very comfortable, and some of the furniture was worn out. We were also asked to pay another 24 euros in local taxes, though I guess some landlords around here do that. A decent stay because of the location, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it in winter.
