MONDI Hotel Tscherms

The staff were attentive and helpful, knew the area well, and were patient and courteous with our larger group of mostly English-speaking family and friends. They had multilingual skills and strong local connections. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts and dinners here. The rooms were gorgeous and well equipped, some with balconies and roomy patios. There’s a bar available whenever you want.

The shared spaces had a great atmosphere, and we had such a good time that we ate dinner and had afternoon snacks at the hotel twice during our three-night stay. The rooms were practical, with thoughtful touches like your own “pool bag”. Great hotel and outstanding service.

The area is wonderful for spending some time, and the accommodation itself is beautiful. We had a spacious, new, comfortable room. Hope I can come back.

The spa is lovely, with a really deep swimming pool and a nice sauna. Our room, number 112, was great, with two huge windows, a balcony, and an awesome view from the bed. Everything was absolutely clean, and the bed was the fluffiest I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was good, just what you’d expect from a hotel like this. We arrived in the early evening for four nights and got a really nice welcome. The lady at the counter served us two beverages and handled our registration. The hotel is well located, with easy parking and a good bus connection to Meran. My girlfriend and I were there this week, and the one thing I missed was a café or bar area to hang out in. Lana isn’t far, though. A great spot to enjoy South Tirol.
