The staff were always available, and the place was nice for the price.

Getting there was a hassle: it's poorly connected, and you have to walk a long way along busy roads. The place itself was remote and rather shabby. My single room was barely wider than the bed, with a heavy old CRT television wobbling on an arm above it. Thankfully, I didn't spend much time there.

It has the amenities of a 4-star hotel, but the setup is very low-key. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. I could hear noise from the roundabout, the hallway next door, and even the alarm clock in the next room. It was cold for the same reason.

The buffet breakfast was generous, the staff paid close attention to guests, and the hotel was clean and ideally situated. Guests also have free private parking. It had recently been renovated, with a Japanese restaurant and pizzeria inside. Excellent value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay in September 2014.

At €70 it was relatively cheap, but the place was definitely dirty and poorly kept.
