For You Hotel

The hotel staff are nice, and there are a few restaurants nearby, though the hotel itself has no restaurant. Breakfast is good, the usual European kind, and they provide complimentary water each day. From the rooms you get pleasant views of green spaces; the breakfast room has a lovely view of the mountains, and you can spot rabbits playing in the morning. The hotel is also well located. Still, it feels too expensive for what you get, especially for a four-star place. The room design isn't great, some of the lights are partly broken, and most bathrooms have a bathtub but no shower. The services and amenities don't justify the price for me. Check-in is at 3 p.m. even if you arrive early, with no flexibility.

The reception staff were absolutely terrible, and the room was dirty. The toilet seat was broken, while the furniture and walls were chipped and damaged. For a place meant to be a four-star hotel, it's unfortunately falling apart. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This is a nice little hotel with a great shuttle service and very, very nice staff. The room, bathroom, and shower were all okay, though I had a little trouble with the temperature until reception helped me. The area is geared toward work rather than leisure, but there's a very nice pizzeria just 40 meters from reception.

The reception staff were friendly and courteous, and the spa staff were very nice too. But breaks keep interrupting the spa because other people want to come in, so it isn't exactly relaxing. The reception experience is much better than the restaurant service, where mostly older couples are attended to and younger people are simply ignored. The room lamps were half broken, the furniture was worn, and cleaning didn't seem to be taken seriously. The rental parking spots are tiny, and reaching them means winding through corridors that feel more like a bunker than a four-star residence. Breakfast was very sparse, and the food prices were too high. The restaurant next door is a better option, very Italian and nice. It's okay if you just need a place to stay while visiting Milan, but I wouldn't recommend it as a holiday hotel.
