We really appreciated how much room there was to relax and just enjoy ourselves at Agriturismo Isola Verde. The whole place has a warm, peaceful feel, and you notice it right away. We felt genuinely cared for, more like people than just guests. The hosts are among the kindest people we’ve met, easy to talk to and full of great stories about the region. The food was amazing, every dish cooked with love and tasting incredible. Lorenzo’s wine tasting was both fun and really interesting, so do try the wines. We’d recommend Isola Verde to anyone. Come enjoy it and slow down a bit. We’ll definitely be back.

We were a family of nine, and Cristina and her son Lorenzo were wonderful hosts. They took care of anything we needed, and the food was plentiful and delicious. We had breakfast and dinner every day. Lucca, Pisa, and Florence were all less than an hour away by car, and we also drove to Cinque Terre for a day, about 1.5 hours away. We enjoyed the wine tasting and dinner among the olive groves.

We had a really pleasant stay. The room was nice, with a breathtaking view across the Tuscan landscape. The owners were lovely and attentive, and the prices were good. We loved it.

A fantastic agrotourismo with great food, service, and facilities, including a washing machine, wine tours, BBQ, pool, AC, and bar. It’s in the foothills near Empoli, with lots of villages nearby. Pisa and Florence airports are 35 minutes away, Lucca 50 minutes, Siena 80 minutes, and Chianti, San Gimminiano, and other places are 30-40 minutes away. Florence is 30 minutes by car or train, and Rome is 2 hours by train. The nearest beach is 40 minutes away. Rooms are clean and have AC, TV, and a shower. Amazing views, great hosts, and fresh food from the garden.

The view is excellent, and the rooms are decent, with Wi-Fi available in the lobby. The hotel food is so-so, though, and there aren’t many restaurants nearby.
