The place is welcoming, functional and really relaxing, with good food served nicely and polite staff. We were there for three days, though, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. The restaurant bathroom also went that whole time without cleaning, and dog poop was blocking the way through. With the day-dream package, the cover charge and coffee were charged separately.

There’s a lovely view from every accommodation, and the setting is peaceful and good for families. Our place was roomy and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and air conditioning that worked very well. The main bedroom’s bedding was also very good. The pool area had plenty of space and all the relaxation equipment was there. But the cleanliness could be better in the accommodation and with the dishes. Wi-Fi was basically unavailable in the units. It might work near reception, though even there it wasn’t certain. The biggest problems for us were the noise and the sofa bed. Sound carries straight through the walls, so it can feel like you’re living with the neighbors, and sounds like heels on the floor get amplified. It didn’t disrupt our routine, but it was noticeable. The sofa bed mattresses were flattened and unusable, and the frame squeaked loudly. Even our fairly light children couldn’t sleep on it, so we improvised pillows from the duvets. Mosquitoes are voracious in this area. It’s a shame there are no nets on the windows, because you either keep them closed or risk getting eaten alive.
