It’s an incredibly peaceful place to relax and disconnect in the countryside. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I loved the courtyard, with its gorgeous jasmine scent. The views are stunning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it. There were a couple of room issues, though. The pillows were quite hard, and the hot water wasn’t very hot. We were told that was because of our room’s location, so it may not be the case in every room.

The hotel and the area around Il Paluffo are spectacular, and the excursions they arranged really made the trip. We usually steer clear of tours and things that feel touristy, but we booked both a bike tour and a wine and olive oil tasting with Stefania. They were private and full of local charm, real highlights for us. Alla was incredibly helpful in putting us in touch.

What a dream. Il Pulaffo was a perfect break in the middle of a busy Italian itinerary. Our family of six loved staying in the Torre, and my blood pressure dropped to barely anything. It’s a great base for day trips, and the staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. We’ll be back.

Alla was there for all our apartment questions, and Fatima and Yami gave us lovely service. Lorenzo also shared some great insider tips for Florenz. The whole team really made an effort to make our stay memorable.

The views are breathtaking, and the staff are so friendly. It’s a beautiful place to stay. You’ll find pots and pans if you want to cook, but bring a plug converter if you’re coming from outside Europe.
