The skiing was a real highlight. The nearby trails were fun and, best of all, not crowded. At times we had the mountain to ourselves, which was a wonderful surprise and unlike anywhere else we’ve been. We traveled 1,800 km from Lithuania to stay at Hotel Gerstgras, following friends’ recommendations, and we don’t regret it. The friendly, professional staff welcomed us warmly, and the cozy atmosphere feels like a family business that truly cares about quality. Dinner was a standout, with a different five-dish menu every evening. We looked forward to sitting with family for hours, chatting and enjoying the food. The whole holiday exceeded our expectations. We’d give the hotel the highest rating, and it feels well worth the stay.

Four visits now, and it keeps getting better. A hidden gem in the middle of the Val Senales ❤️ See you next year!
