Friendly hotel, and a handy base for visiting Cervia or Milano Marittima. The bikes and parking are good value.

The room smelled bad and had old furniture. Parking was awful, and the air conditioning cost extra to use. A very poor stay overall.

The location made it easy to get to both Milano Marittima and Cervia, and the private parking was useful since the parking outside the property was paid. Giorgio and Luisa, the owners, and all the staff were wonderful and did everything they could to meet our needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and had every comfort. They even let us keep it free of charge until evening so we could shower after a day at the beach before leaving. Breakfast and restaurant service were excellent, and the value for money was truly excellent.

The owner was really friendly and happy to help. He even let us keep using the room the next day so we could spend the day at the beach. My friend and I stayed last weekend. The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned, but the bathrooms are completely new. It was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely return.
