The owners were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and the location was great. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much!

The balcony was lovely, and the shower was great. Our room was clean, too. The people here are so welcoming and ready to help make your stay pleasant. It’s only a short walk to a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants nearby, and the bikes get you into the center of Cervia in five minutes. Such a cozy place. We’d happily recommend it!

The owners really made the stay special. They’re kind, attentive, and helpful, and made us feel like guests rather than customers. Our apartment was clean, tidy, well cared for, and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed staying at Residence Quadrifoglio and highly recommend it.

A quiet spot away from the Riviera bustle, but still very close to both public and private beaches. The building and apartments are spotless and well equipped, and the owners are always kind and attentive.

It has a lot of useful extras, including a large swimming pool, indoor courtyard parking, free bikes, and a little outdoor play area for children. The sea is very close, too. The apartments are clean, with free Wi-Fi, TVs in the bedrooms, fresh linens and beach towels, plus a dispenser for cold sparkling or still water. The owners are kind, helpful, and professional. It feels like apartment comfort with hotel services.
