Hotel Nettuno

We went all in on the package and were happy with our choice. You can pick what to include, from breakfast and one or two meals a day to beach umbrellas and beds. The restaurant served a good range of quality food, nicely presented, with great homemade desserts. We also enjoyed the pool and towel service, and the staff were kind and cool. We tried two room styles, one modern and one more classic, and both were nice and cleaned thoroughly each day. A cool place to stay in Cervia for summer.

Our room was spotless and great for a family, although the view was mostly of some sheds with only a partial glimpse of the sea. The hotel is right across from the sea and its long sandy beach. There's a traditional Italian bar and a good pool, though it closes for most of the afternoon so people can sleep. The staff were very helpful, especially the young man handling luggage and cars, who deserves a special mention.

The food was absolutely stunning, and everyone was friendly in a way that felt sincere. Rooms are clean and modern, with sea views, and there's a great pool and lounge bar. The beach is just across the street. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday with great food and a touch of luxury.

I'd happily stay again. The hotel works especially well for Ironman events, with free bike hire. I had to keep my bike in the locker garage, but that was actually better than storing it in the room.
