Hotel Roxy

The entertainment was my main reservation: it seemed more aimed at adults than kids, whereas at a family hotel I'd expect the reverse. Longer baby dances, including on the beach, would be good. Otherwise, we had a good holiday. The food was very good both at the hotel and on the beach, and the waiters, receptionists, beach crew, entertainers, and cleaning staff were all attentive and helpful. It's a lovely family hotel in a 1970s building that's been renovated really well.

In our first year at Hotel Roxy, my son and I were pleasantly surprised. The hotel and beach were perfectly organized. The reception team were incredibly kind and courteous, and the dining room waiters always paid attention to what we needed. The kitchen served delicious, varied dishes for everyone, and our room was kept clean and tidy.

We stayed for the middle two weeks of August with the family dog, and had a relaxing holiday. The location is great, with Lido beach within walking distance. Everything was organized very well, the food was delicious and varied, and the entertainment staff were excellent. All-inclusive really does include the beach too, where you can bring what you need to eat and play. Highly recommend.

The all-inclusive package really means it, perhaps even too much! Four of us stayed for two weeks, and we'll miss you, Roxy. We'll definitely be back after a wonderful holiday. Everyone was fantastic, polite, and smiling, from reception and the beach team to the dining room girls and cleaning staff. Giada, Elisa, Alessia, and the others whose names I can't remember were lovely. The entertainment team did a great job too. Thanks as well to the man who picked us up at the train station and drove us to Mirabilandia. He was so helpful and kind. There's a pool for adults and kids.
