We stayed here with the kids for seven days, and they welcomed us warmly. The room was very big and clean, with a river view. The children had friendly caretakers who kept them busy until 23:00, with a kids' party every day starting at 21:00. The food was everything: different kinds all day, every day, including spaghetti, fish, pizza, and fresh fruit. I can't even list it all. You could eat as much as you wanted, with drinks available throughout the day. The cleaners were so friendly and came every day. They could come in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Wow. The pool activities were wonderful, and the other guests mostly minded their own business. Bikes were provided at no extra cost, so you could explore the big, clean city. We're definitely coming back next year. Money well spent, and the kids were extremely happy. Wow, wow!

The kids had a blast, and the food was so good. We felt at home during our last-minute seven-day trip, thanks to the lovely hotel and everyone there. After our first place didn't turn out as expected, I called the number they provided and spoke with Gaia, who did her best to find us a room at Miami beach, about a 30-minute drive away. The people there were so kind, from Chiara at reception, who was amazing, to Carmine at the bar, who kept us company over coffee and aperitivo. Anna and Margherita kept the rooms neat, and our favorite entertainer seemed to be everywhere. Edoardo, my husband can still hear you calling him 🤣. They gave us an amazing room, and all the staff were super friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return anytime. The hotel is in a great spot and works really well for kids. The restaurant was well organized, with a wide choice of tasty buffet dishes and show cooking. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
