8/10
The food was excellent, and it was a quiet hotel overall. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could do with some renovation. The owners were friendly and always available when anything needed sorting out. I wasn't impressed by the man serving at the bar. He didn't say a word all week and really wasn't suited to the job. The dining room staff, on the other hand, were excellent, especially the manager, who was always friendly, helpful, and very efficient.

Everything worked well for us again on our second visit: the hotel is easy to get around in with our son’s wheelchair, and the staff, meals, and location were all fantastic.

A good break from the usual routine. The pool was tidy and a handy alternative to the sea, and the restaurant and room service were very good. The bar service, though, felt neglected and insufficiently attentive. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

The meals were excellent and there was plenty of variety. We also found the staff warm and helpful, especially Anna. A very enjoyable hotel.

The owner's rudeness and the lack of hospitality made our stay much worse. The room was also very small. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
