Residence Hotel Crystal Palace

The apartment was spacious, with a really huge balcony, modern and practical furnishings, and a simple, roomy bathroom. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking inside was very convenient, and we appreciated the arrangement with lido Casta Beach, which is a very nice beach club. The property is welcoming and exceptionally well located, just a short walk from the sea and the center of Milano Marittima. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful.

The welcome was excellent, and the cleanliness was so-so at first, though it improved over the next few days. The so-called two-room apartment was actually divided by folding screens, as you can see in the photo, and felt rather cramped. The terrace was large and pleasant from around midday on. In the sunny afternoons, the view of the pine trees and the back of the famous Family Hotel came with plenty of sounds and noise. Private parking was convenient and spacious, but on the first day someone rudely parked their Range Rover over our space. I had to struggle to park every time. The amenities and the center of Mi.Ma are very close. For the price, I expected better. The shower had low water pressure and very little room, 80 cm at the shower tray and even less inside because of the soap dish at the back. The Ikea kitchen was completely ramshackle, though having four induction burners was a plus. So-so.

We stayed for seven days and found the owners attentive to their guests and the property well managed. The building is architecturally interesting and well maintained, close to both the beaches and the center of Milano Marittima. There's also a lively, well-stocked grocery store on the same road to the center, which was very useful. Crystal Palace offers a special discount at a beach club very close by. The underground parking directly beneath the building was a major plus, and it convinced me to choose the property without hesitation. The phone and email communication with management was excellent, from my first request for information through booking. Everything was documented and confirmed quickly, as agreed. Our apartment matched the reservation description, with a comfortable layout and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, recently renovated with high-quality appliances. I'm sure the bathroom will soon get some needed updates to its furnishings too. We had a good stay in this residence and will certainly return.

Just steps from both the center and the sea, the location is perfect. The rooms are very spacious and have huge terraces. Above all, the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you.
