We spent one night here as a family, in a room that was shockingly bad. The hygiene and cleanliness were awful. There were dirty, used towels under the bed, left by previous visitors, along with spiders and dust everywhere. Worst of all, the bedspreads had obvious stains from human fluids. It was disgusting. During the night, some young people yelled and made a racket for almost an hour, disturbing the whole building, and the guard never told them off. A really terrible experience. Avoid it.

The 95-square-meter apartment we booked was very clean and tidy, and the outdoor pool was well maintained too. The location is excellent, though it's a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Milano Marittima. The guy who welcomed us at reception was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

It was a lovely, clean place, with free Wi-Fi and a pool that made for a relaxing holiday. Milano Marittima's busy area is just minutes away. Highly recommended.
