We felt really looked after by the hosts, who were so kind and welcoming. The apartment was peaceful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. We’ve never had hosts quite like them. We’d love to return and would recommend the place to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Adriana and her family were the highlight, doing all they could to help us and even sharing great restaurant recommendations. We stayed for Ironman Italy Emilia Romagna 2024 in September. The place worked perfectly for the race, close to the transition and start, with the beach nearby for unwinding afterwards. We liked it so much that we added a couple more days.

It's family-run, and the people there are so welcoming and kind. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the location was spot on. Best aparthotel we've stayed in. I’d absolutely recommend this residence to anyone visiting cervia ❤️

The people are lovely, and the residence is in a perfect spot. Those are its best features.

The terrace is lovely, and the place is kept in good shape. Its setup is simple, with compact but practical spaces. My daughter booked a two-room apartment for two weeks in August, then we stayed another week with our grandson. Linen and towels were provided, and they were changed halfway through the week.
