What I’ll remember most is Andrea’s warm welcome at Residence Valeria, with a big smile and a real sense of familiarity. It was my first holiday in Romagna, and the kindness I’d heard about from people there exceeded my expectations. The residence was clean, orderly, and cared for down to the details. The furnishings were new and well kept, the linens exceptional, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even the beds, mattresses, and pillows were comfortable, and everything smelled like a well-kept home. The beach is close by, too. I gave it 5 stars, but in words I’m giving it 8: I like that number, and Andrea deserves every one!!!! So... ********!!!!

The two balconies were really handy, with different views to enjoy at different times of day. We stayed during the week of August 15th, and I was very happy with the roomy, livable interior and its furnishings and comforts. I especially liked the induction hob and the several washing machines in the laundry room, which were free to use. We also had two free bikes, so we didn’t need the car to get around. Thanks to Andrea, the owner, and his staff for being courteous and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Residence Valeria in Cervia for the whole month of August. It’s in a quiet area but close to everything, and there are washing machines in the courtyard with everything you need. Andrea was exceptional, always helpful and ready to sort out any problem. There were two bikes for us, and he even left a third for my older daughter. The apartment was lovely and had all the essentials, including detergents, sponges, tablecloths, and other utensils. I highly recommend it. See you soon!!!

A great setup for families with children, with an enclosed courtyard and lovely balconies full of flowers. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. Andrea is friendly, helpful, and available every day. Highly recommended.

The apartments are comfortable and have air conditioning and dishwashers. They’re just steps from the sea, in a very quiet area. Andrea and his mother Valeria are so kind, and there are useful extras from bikes to a fully equipped laundry room. I’ve been coming back to them for years and always with pleasure!
