The owner was super helpful, and the apartment was bright and clean. It's well furnished, with two bathrooms, a garden, and a veranda, and it had everything we needed: parking, Wi-Fi, microwave, air conditioning, and a drying rack. There was plenty of room in the garden to hang clothes. The location is excellent, close to both the center and the seafront. Recommended, and I'd happily repeat the experience. Stefania

The house was a lovely surprise: clean, tidy, and practical. We spent a week on the ground floor, just steps from the center and the sea. It was our first time in Milano Marittima, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Ms. Cinzia was kind and very helpful whenever we needed information. The enchanting seafront nearby is a great place to stroll, eat, or have a drink with a wonderful view.

We were four, two couples, and spent the second week of June in the first-floor apartment. It was incredibly beautiful and had every comfort, including an outdoor terrace with a table where we ate dinner each day. The beach and center were only a five-minute walk away, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. A relaxing, excellent week. I'd do it again!

The manager was super helpful. The apartment was well kept, with a veranda that was a nice extra, and the location was strategic.
