I stayed for a week in the Pink Rosè apartment, and it was perfect in every way. It’s right in the center, very convenient, and equipped with everything. The manager was extremely kind and ready to accommodate any request. The nearby parking garage they recommended was handy, as was the apartment’s proximity to the Malatesta Novello clinic. Highly recommended!

The owner or manager waited outside the apartment while we parked, which was very thoughtful. The kit they provided was convenient, and the towels and blankets were soft and smelled lovely. The location is excellent. I’d be glad to come back.

I never saw the place. I was away on business with a foreign colleague, and after reading their message asking whether my colleague could pay in cash because they had no POS terminal, I cancelled and booked somewhere professional instead. Honestly, I was embarrassed to bring my colleague there. I explained why I cancelled, but they still charged the full amount and replied rudely to my complaints. That’s not how a hospitality business should behave. I found the people managing the property unprofessional, rude, and dishonest.
