The heat in the rooms was the worst part. They get very hot in both winter and summer, and the AC doesn't seem to help in summer. Opening the windows brings in really loud street noise. The Wi-Fi is also poor once you're past the room entrance. The hotspots are in the hallway, and the signal doesn't reach the rest of the room. I've stayed three times for work. It's an older hotel with some charm, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is fresh and generous. The location works well if you need the train station, and the future bus station, nearby, though the city center is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

It has a nice B&B kind of feel, right in the center of Cesena, so it's easy to get around on foot or drive to the nearby beach. I come for a week every year for work, and the staff are always a pleasure.

We spent five nights here recovering after a bad car accident nearby, before we were able to fly home. The staff helped us through it and got us smiling again. We're grateful to them. Everyone working there was so, so nice. Breakfast was good, the spa was nice, and it was close to the centre. It was quiet too, which mattered since we're bad sleepers. We had a great stay.

8/10
The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Out front, service was efficient and the staff spoke decent English. The decor looks a bit worn, and for a supposed four-star hotel the breakfast buffet wasn't much to write home about. The AC also didn't seem to work in late October.

The gym, location, and parking were good, but it wasn't worth the money. Breakfast was extremely poor, the staff seemed unhappy and mostly looked miserable, and there was no atmosphere at all. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Italy.
