Sasaràl Suites

The attention from the staff was a real plus. They were professional, kind, and available, and made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. The rooms were welcoming, immaculate, and equipped with every comfort. Everything has been put together with refined taste, from the harmonious spaces to the intimate, relaxing atmosphere. Sasaràl Suites is more than somewhere to sleep, it’s a stylish and moving experience. The quiet and thoughtful details make it easy to unwind and step away from routine. A wonderful choice for elegance, calm, and a place with real soul. I left wanting to come back. ✨

We had booked a month and a half ahead and shared our arrival time the day before, but couldn’t reach anyone by phone that day or when we arrived. No one replied to our email either. When we got there, nobody was present or answering calls, so we waited outside for an hour. Then an elderly lady who happened to stop by said she lived nearby and gave us a code to release the key, open the outside door, and try one of the locks for the upstairs rooms. We’d received no instructions about any of that. The room itself was nice overall, but the service was unspeakable. In the morning, nobody was there to take the keys back.

A lovely place, elegant in a simple way, with parking very close by. There’s no elevator, and breakfast isn’t included, so you have to go elsewhere for it. Also, the manager is very particular about keeping completely quiet since other properties share the building, which some people may find significant. Aside from those minor issues, it’s a great spot.

The rooms are new, spacious, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and have comfortable beds. The location in central Cesena is excellent, with plenty of convenient parking right out front, and the owner is kind and helpful. Still, the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. There was no minibar or even a bottle of water at the entrance, though the check-in instructions said there would be one. There’s no breakfast on site, and I wasn’t given the cafe voucher mentioned in the booking for either of the two nearby cafes. For a stay longer than one night, not having a closet is noticeable too. Those details matter, especially at this price.
