The pool drinks came from a Postmix machine, and the beach setup was a bit inconvenient: though the hotel is 100 m from the shore, its umbrellas are on a different beach about 400 m away. We visited in July 2024. Our all-inclusive meals were buffets. Breakfast included drinks and coffee, while lunch and dinner had water and wine. Breakfast was the same each day and mostly sweet; uneaten leftovers were taken to the pool in the afternoon. Lunch varied and dinner was excellent. In the dining room, the staff and cooks deserve praise. Reception was less helpful, and only some staff spoke English. Children's entertainment was limited to a short time during the day. We had paid for a sea-view room, but after we complained, staff told us without apologizing that none was available, so we got a rooftop view. The room was small, with a balcony, and sufficient for two adults, though we traveled with two children. It was cleaned daily. Air conditioning was included, but the safe cost extra and used a key rather than a code. Other guests were very noisy, letting their children run and shout in the corridor around midnight. I don't blame the hotel for that, though the sound insulation was poor enough that we could hear people snoring in neighboring rooms. Parking was included. An Italian guest in a Hyundai, license FP 520ZD, hit my car and drove away. The hotel wouldn't comment or even tell me the guest's name. They only offered compensation with a EUR 1000 deductible.

We stayed for 10 days starting June 18, and we're never coming back. My son couldn't get suitable food. Whenever I asked for something for him, they said they couldn't do anything, apart from plain pasta or plain risotto. They call it a family hotel, but that didn't feel true, and the food wasn't good. We cook better at home. The breakfast wasn't what I expected on vacation. The buffet was the same every day, some of it seemed old, and the fruit came as just one baby-sized piece. Other hotels give proper portions and service. Our room was always dirty. I don't understand how others gave it five stars.

Awful stay. We were in the dependance, and its standard was far below what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.
