The train station is almost a kilometer away, while the bus stop is only 200 meters away. Take the bus to shop at Coop, since things at the local minimarkets can cost double or triple. The owners are so welcoming that it feels like staying in their home. They clearly love the hotel like it's their child and treat guests like close friends. They suggest places to visit when you head out, give directions and offer discount coupons for restaurants and beaches. The rooms are very clean, with everything you need, including AC, spreader and hairdryer, and they're cleaned every day. WiFi works really well, and the elevator is handy and large enough for two people with 10 kg suitcases. Breakfast has a wide range, even for people who are diabetic, vegan, or intolerant to milk or gluten. It's all homemade, which is amazing, and coffee, water and juice are included in the price. It may look modest and a bit dated, but the hotel has everything needed for a comfortable seaside stay. It's clean, and Mr. Lucio and the staff create a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional, and the sea is very close. Recommended!

Lucio for President! The furnishings are quite minimalist, maybe vintage, but staying here is a pleasure. Prices are competitive and breakfast is varied and delicious. Lucio is always kind and lives up to Romagna's reputation for hospitality. I'd definitely stay with him again. Update, May 2025: I can confirm that the staff are the hotel's real strength. It's a pleasure to stay with them.
