Children and adults were screaming at all hours, and at least at night nobody seemed to enforce the rules. We booked through a well-known website at a price significantly below the normal market price: a room for three adults, with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom badly needs renovation, with rust and cracked tiles. The sea view was only a dream, and cleaning happened every other day, something the website didn't mention.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The location is top, practically on the beach, and the price was really good. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, and the modern, very nice room had a balcony facing the sea. The location was excellent, just steps from the water and all the shops and amenities. I stayed in August. Breakfast, spa, gym, massages and other services cost extra. The one downside was cleanliness: there were hairs in the room and a stained bedspread.

I couldn't get anyone on the phone after several calls. When a man finally answered, he gave the name of another hotel. I asked the price for two nights and was told to send a WhatsApp. Half an hour later there was still no reply. Since the booking was for tomorrow and the following day, I followed up and, after several tries, finally got an answer, but it was only the price with no details. I asked for information by SMS and never heard back. After countless attempts, I couldn't speak to anyone, and they never called me. Zero professionalism or competence. I strongly advise against this hotel!

The location is beautiful, right by the sea, so we went in with high expectations. We were three people staying for two nights, but the service left us disappointed. Our 3:00 PM check-in was pushed back to 4:00 PM without any explanation. No one cleaned the room during those two days, and despite going to the beach, our towels were never changed. We also got only two small shampoos for three people, with no conditioner. Such a shame, because the place could be wonderful with more attention and care for guests.
