The dining room staff mostly seemed unfriendly and inattentive. One young woman was a clear exception: helpful, professional, and smiling, even though she looked overworked and underappreciated. The meals were disappointing too, with bland food that was sometimes even raw, and the buffet felt repetitive, with dishes reused over several days, poorly prepared and served in small portions. Breakfast was limited, and the crowded dining room served products of questionable quality. Some desserts tasted as if they came from a discount store. In our room, the sheets were yellowed and visibly stained, and the bedspread wasn’t clean. We wouldn’t recommend this experience.

The owners were warm and ready to meet every guest’s needs, and the staff were polite, serious, and fun to be around. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with different homemade cakes every morning. I especially recommend the crostata! The menu featured generous, really tasty dishes from Romagna, and the food was good quality. Highly recommended.

The food was even better than we expected, with delicious homemade cakes and tarts and quality Romagna cooking. My compliments to chef Michele and his brother. Denis and Silvia welcomed my family and paid attention to every detail, making sure we had what we needed and felt right at home. A heartfelt thank you and greetings to everyone!
