The room had dated furniture, cheap mattresses, air conditioning that didn't work, and a ceiling fan loud enough to wake the dead. The reception area seemed empty whenever I saw it, as others have mentioned in reviews. The receptionist never even said hello or tried to be pleasant. I tried to cancel after I had already entered the room, and even Booking couldn't get through to the hotel. I didn't cancel a single booking during my three-week trip, but this place stood out for all the wrong reasons. It's like an 80s horror movie brought back to life. The hotel is old and the facilities don't work properly. The AC just makes strange noises, and I worried the ceiling fan might fall off. The receptionist seemed like he wanted to quit but couldn't. Only stay if there's absolutely no other choice, and be ready for a night you'll remember. So focus on improving the place and being at the front desk instead of defending yourself online.

We just got back from an eight-day break, and the hotel was great in every way. Every day we had fish for both lunch and dinner, and the food was flavorful, authentic, and excellent. The rooms are simple but have all the comforts you need, and the staff were consistently friendly and ready to help.

The location is one of the best, right across from the sea and an easy walk to the town center. This was our second year at the Venere Hotel, and we're completely satisfied. The staff are very friendly and attentive to what guests need. The restaurant is more than adequate, with delicious food, especially on the Apulian and Romagna-style dinner nights. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need, though they're a little dated. Congratulations to everyone.

We hope to come back soon. The hotel is highly recommendable and the prices are really good. The total price covered a beach umbrella and two loungers at Bagno Roma, as well as parking in the blue-lined lot facing the sea. The hotel is right by the seafront and next to the main street, handy for shopping and evening walks. Meals are generous buffets, with four first courses and four main courses to choose from. I especially liked the Romagna-style buffet dinner, and all drinks, including coffee, were part of the price. The waiters were very friendly. Our room was roomy and even had slippers, a bathrobe, and beach towels.
