The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the beach was neat and clean. The hotel is kept clean too, and the staff have a well-organized routine that makes service quick and accurate. They were friendly and patient even with the most difficult guests. It's in the middle of all the activity, but the setting is still quiet, with a beautiful view of the sea. Thanks to everyone there for the hard work and the smiles.

We were travelling around Italy and booked a weekend here at the last minute, my son and I. I'd specifically reserved twin beds, and the booking was accepted, but the room had a double. The manager couldn't have seemed less bothered. I had to ask for extra bedding because they didn't offer any way to sort it out. One morning I was downstairs working early and asked for coffee at 7:45. They said breakfast started at 8, which was fair enough, so I was happy to wait. But within five minutes, lots of people were sitting down eating breakfast. Apparently that 8 am rule was just for me 😂 Definitely wouldn't come back.

We booked two days on an all-inclusive basis, but the meal arrangement was a problem straight away. On arrival, we had to choose our meals immediately from six options, with a limit of two choices plus one dessert. We didn't like the menu, and when we asked for coffee with dinner, we were told it cost extra, even though we'd booked all inclusive. We wanted to leave after the first night but were told we'd lose all our money if we did. The hotel said we could contact Booking to switch the package to bed and breakfast, so we did. Reception took our bank details, saying they would refund us, but no money came back. Booking is telling us to contact the property, and the property isn't responding. Please choose somewhere else if you're after a nice holiday. This felt like a scam.

This is one of our favourite hotels on the Adriatic Sea. It was built in the 1980s, and every room looks out to sea. The staff are really friendly, and the meals are fantastic.
