The beach is just a 30 second walk away, with nice restaurants all around and lots of playgrounds for kids. Inside, the hotel feels modern, with a top quality renovation, high quality interiors, comfortable furniture, and well-made equipment. The staff were friendly and professional, and happy to help. I can highly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant family vacation.

The manager was kind enough to wait a little longer for our check-in, then showed us around the apartment and explained where things were. The place was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too hard for my taste. There’s plenty of room for Ironman equipment, and Cervia is close enough.

We came as a family with our dog for my daughter’s gymnastics competition, and Sunrise Residence’s team made the stay memorable. The location was perfect. They took care of what we asked for and sometimes even anticipated our needs. Good job, we’ll definitely be back!

We visited in the off season, so it was peaceful and quiet. Our sea-facing penthouse was spread over two levels: two spacious bedrooms on the lower floor, with the dining room and kitchen upstairs. There were large balconies and the rooms were clean.

The hosts are kind and very helpful, and they make an effort to keep a good atmosphere in the residence. The apartments are ideal for a family and have fully equipped kitchens. The sea is very close, too. Perfect location, highly recommended!
