Hotel Residence Des Bains

I came with my son for the Nove Colli. The location is really convenient, and the rooms were spotless and worked well for us. The owner was very kind and gave me clear, timely advice that helped with some unexpected needs. I hope to come back next year.

This is where I feel most at home in Cesenatico. I've been coming for a while, and Alberto, the owner, is truly kind. Everything works just as it should, with all the comforts and enough space. It's a wonderful place, very close to both the sea and the centre. Highly recommended.

Our apartment was simple but had everything needed for cooking: a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a sofa bed. We stayed in the residence for a week. Alberto, the owner, was kind and helpful, and the cleaning service was exceptional. The location was great too, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Cesenatico's canal port.

A very family-friendly spot, quiet at night and right in central Cesenatico. It's a 2-minute walk to the skyscraper and 4 minutes to the beach. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are friendly, with a lovely family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and have terraces, either one large terrace or two small balconies. Kitchens are well equipped, including induction hobs, and the apartments have a sofa bed, safe, and clean bathrooms. Many have two bathrooms. There's a children's playroom with ping-pong and table football, plus bikes for rent. For parking, you can use the inner courtyard or a private lot about 500 meters away. Street parking is another option, though finding a space isn't easy.
