I haven't stayed in the rooms, since I have a house nearby, but I've been coming to Madonna Della Neve for many, many years and always leave impressed. The traditional local home cooking is astounding, made to a very high standard with top-quality ingredients. Service is consistently astounding too, with multilingual staff.

I've now eaten and stayed at Madonna della Neve twice, and everything was fantastic, from the food and wine to the accommodations. The Cirio family never disappoints.

A fantastic restaurant, with great food and a superb wine list. A must-visit in piedmont.

A lovely family lunch. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the hospitality made the meal a perfect experience. Highly recommended for traditional, genuine piedmont food with a nice touch.
