We arrived at B&B il Riccio soaked after heavy rain on our bike packing tour, so having a dry place to stay was a relief. The host made us feel very welcome and was so kind. Breakfast was huge, with everything we needed and even more. We can warmly recommend it.

Our usual friends in Ceva couldn't host us because their house was full, so we tried Il Riccio on a friend's recommendation. It's a convenient little B&B close to town, easy to find, and has secure parking. Denise and her mother welcomed us warmly and even went out of their way to find a phone charger I could use after I lost mine. My clean, comfortable bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, with homemade cakes and jam, and they had soya milk ready after I mentioned I was vegetarian. I'd be glad to recommend the place and stay again. The owners are so kind and attentive, and were always available. The rooms are clean and smell lovely, with a real at-home feel, and breakfast is generous. This is a comfortable, welcoming B&B in Ceva, only steps from the highway exit. If I can, I'll come back whenever I'm in the area.

We stopped for one night after visiting the Langhe, before carrying on to Liguria. The hostess was very friendly, the room spotless, and breakfast had plenty of options. There's parking on site, and a trail nearby that's nice for a peaceful walk. The location worked out very well for us. If we're back in the area, we'd definitely stay here again. It's better than some hotels.
