What a great hotel. I left my iPhone in the room, and they got it shipped back to me a week later. That wasn't simple: someone had to go down the mountain and find a delivery center. The valley views are beautiful, and the spa was really nice. We also loved the food and wine each evening. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and we had such a great stay that we'd come back in a heartbeat.

We got married at Maison Cly, and my wife and I keep coming back for the feeling that only this place and Chamois give us. Fabrizio's menu moves between traditional dishes and new ideas, and the food never disappoints. Andrea makes sure you leave the hotel relaxed and recharged. Chamois is a one of a kind mountain village, and Maison Cly is a wonderful way to experience it.

The food and the staff's kindness are the things that really stand out here. The cook puts a creative spin on local dishes while keeping them delicious. The hotel is well maintained and renovated, with a small spa where you can book a massage, plus a big terrace with a beautiful view. Chamois itself is an ancient village that has kept its original charm, and it feels like a rare find. You can't get there by car, only on foot, by small airplane, or by cable car. Arriving early to leave your bags or change before the room is ready is possible and a good idea, since cable car parking is limited and fills up fast. It's worth every cent, a real discovery.
