We had a great couple of days here. The staff were patient with us, even when we kept leaving our keys in the room, and the breakfast was really good. I can’t comment on dinner since we got back too late on both evenings. The rooms are REALLY nice, and there’s a little bar where you can grab snacks and pay for what you take. The place felt more like a house than a typical hotel, which gave it a great vibe. The popular spots you see on TikTok and other social media are about an hour away by car. With a bit of searching, though, you can find other lakes and views. Lago Di Braies is around 30 minutes away, and there are more places to explore from there. Bring mosquito repellent if you plan to spend a long time outside. They weren’t too bad, but they can get into the rooms. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

After a walk in the mountains, warming up in the sauna and then jumping into the jacuzzi was just great. The restaurant serves delicious local food, with a different fixed menu each day. There are three courses alongside a Swedish table. The hotel itself is quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly.

We visited as external guests, and the spa felt too small and short on both space and information. The facilities inside the building seem well suited to hotel guests, but not to visitors like us. This review is just about the spa.

Chiara and Denise made sure we felt looked after throughout our stay, and the food was delicious with something interesting to try every day. The spa and wellness area was blissful, with fantastic saunas, which can be a rare thing to find. The location works beautifully for both summer and winter holidays, and public transport connections are hassle free. It captures so much of what I love about Italy and South Tyrol. Highly recommended.
