A lovely, clean beach with crystal-clear water, and it was kept very clean. You can go for long, long walks along it. There seemed to be plenty of parking. We travelled by bicycle, which worked perfectly.

The beach is the clear highlight here. It’s sandy, only about 100 meters from the resort, and the Adriatic is warm, clear, and shallow, which felt great for kids. The resort and beach also felt very safe. The two cafes, by the beach and reception, serve tasty snacks, food, and drinks at prices far below what you’d pay in the US, like $3.5 for a Martini. The apartment was another story. We stayed for two weeks in a unit meant to fit six adults, but it had no AC, ceiling fans, mosquito screens, TV, or bedroom power outlets. The mattresses were so worn that I was waking up at 5am with back pain. WiFi in the village barely worked before 10pm on a good day, though it did work at the beach. Other apartments may be better, but at 250 euros a night I expected much more. The resort is beautiful, but the apartment was below any level of human decency. Management needs to invest in infrastructure. If all you want is the beach, this place can work. If you want to relax, be prepared for a possible recovery from back pain and mosquito bites. My two stars are generous, with zero for the apartment and five for that gorgeous beach.
