The kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment stayed warm. It was quiet at night and only a short walk from the ski slopes. We were so glad we found this cosy place. The hosts were lovely, and it was extremely good value.

It felt just like home. Olga is such a delightful person, and everything was just right. The house is warm, with a lovely, welcoming fireplace, and it has everything you need to cook. It’s close to both the slopes and the supermarket.

The quiet villages of Chardonney and Champorcher were enchanting, perhaps because we came at the end of the season in early September. What made the visit especially memorable was Olga and her husband’s sincere welcome. We stopped by after dinner, and they shared the history of the valley along with their own story. It felt like an intimate evening with family, and we won’t forget it. We were staying at their B&B on the Alta Via No. 2 before the stage from Colle della Friccola to BontBoset. The next day looked daunting because of the distance; only when we saw a sign in Chardonney did we realize it was a full 8 hours and 20 minutes! Andrea and Giulia

Olga waited up until midnight to welcome us with cakes and grappa, and she made an unforgettable breakfast the next morning with her own cakes and jams. She’s so kind and caring. The accommodation was very comfortable too. One of the best B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended to everyone!
