Mito Hotel

The place and Alberto are wonderful.

We booked three rooms at Hotel Mito and left very disappointed. When we got stuck in the elevator for several minutes, nobody apologized. Instead, they blamed us for the breakdown without offering any proof. They charged €50 per room, €150 altogether, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Later, while trying to find the unmarked ski storage room, we accidentally opened two doors. At checkout, that was brought up to us in an accusatory way too. The staff seemed unprofessional and poor at dealing with customers. I can only give the service one star because zero isn't an option, and I can't recommend this place.

We ate really well here, and the bar was a lifesaver since so few places were open on a holiday Saturday. Highly recommend it. We'll come back when we can.

There's a huge counter right by the entrance, lots of seating, and an outdoor space for smokers. The croissant selection is enormous, and they fill them for breakfast. You can have lunch too, and they offer catering. Parking outside is free. I haven't tried the room service, but the place looks really nice from outside. It's clean, with smiling staff, which is a nice start to the morning, and the coffee is excellent!
