The staff really stood out, and I appreciate how hard they worked to sort out all our problems. You're not like the people at Hotel Chianciano, and thank you for that. The hotel itself is terribly outdated and badly needs renovating. The staff, though, are outstanding.

2/10
The bed was nice, but the furniture, windows, doors, and bathroom are all old. The food was mediocre, and the pool on the roof is very small. This feels like a two-star hotel.

It felt like being stuck in a Wes Anderson movie, like time travel that couldn't be real.
