The breakfast was good, and the hotel looks nice from the outside. The rooms are okay, though the bathroom is so small that only a lean child around 5 to 7 years old could bathe comfortably. Adults and heavier people can’t.

I can’t wait for morning so I can leave. The place smells old, with worn carpet throughout, and the pool is so bad I wouldn’t put my dog in it. The furniture looks like it came from a secondhand shop, and the bathroom feels like it’s from the 1950s, with dirt and mold everywhere. I don’t know who stayed here and said good things about it, or how it got four stars 😂. Learn from my mistake and save your money. This is a hotel from hell. Never again!

Our guests felt at home, and the wedding weekend ran comfortably and smoothly thanks to Giorgio, Stefano, Daniel, and Giada at Hotel Excelsior. They even drove guests themselves when people missed the pre-arranged shuttles to the wedding venues. They could have called a cab or left guests to sort it out, but instead they made sure everyone was taken care of. We’ll always remember that kindness, and feel indebted to them. We were organizing stays for more than 100 guests coming from Dubai, New York, London, and Melbourne. With so many different arrival and departure dates and special requests, the team handled every booking and question with care and professionalism. They also prepared personalized snack bags for each guest and arranged a lovely brunch on our wedding day. It was clear they cared about us and our guests. We can’t recommend Hotel Excelsior enough for an event. Thank you all for everything!
