Breakfast ran from 8-10 in the morning, and the tiramisu was delicious. Parking was easy too. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a desk area, minibar, little shower gel, and even a hair dryer, so it felt a lot like a hotel. The house is just outside Noale, with the owner living in one part and guests staying in the other. Everything from arrival onward went smoothly. The owner was lovely and had clearly put a lot of care into getting everything right.

The area is so peaceful, and Madam is lovely. I wanted to give five stars, but the room’s air conditioner blows straight at the single bed, which made that bed freezing while the rest of the room stayed hot.

A really friendly lady looked after us. She didn’t speak English, but we managed to communicate without trouble. Breakfast was delicious, served at the time we chose, and we could ask for savory options too. The room was big and comfortable, with its own bathroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Parking on the property was easy. It’s a calm, quiet place near Venice, and I’d recommend it completely.

The homemade tiramisu at breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the house itself is cute, surrounded by greenery. The owners were warm and friendly, and did their best to explain things even though our Italian isn’t very good. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in the area, and hope to have that tiramisu again!
