We arrived with a group and there was no running water. More than an hour later, brown water came through. When we asked the owner for bottled water to brush our teeth, he said no and insisted the water would be absolutely fine.

A shabby place. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the price is insane. It was New Year's Eve, but still.

Hell on Earth, that’s all. I managed to survive, which is the main thing.

Dinner was good, and the hotel gives guests a spa discount. The room was pleasant, the bathroom clean, and the staff really friendly. I also found the little refrigerator handy, although it didn't get very cold. The pool was okay, but a few loungers were damaged. Breakfast could have offered more choice. The window wouldn't shut, so we had to leave the shutter down whenever we went out.
