We were here for three nights during a group tour of Italy earlier this month. The staff were so helpful, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and nice, and the food selection was very good and nicely presented. It’s a lovely base for exploring the area.

We kept getting woken up by people coming and going because the doors were so noisy and there were no carpets. Aside from that, it’s a great hotel with really nice staff. The food was OK, but five courses felt like too much. Three would’ve been better.

The room felt cozy, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, just not exceptional. For a four-star hotel, I’d expected better facilities.

The rooftop pool is a great spot to take in the views. You can see the Tuscan countryside and the old town from the hotel in Chinciano Terme.

The restaurant chef was very nice, but the food was only OK. The room felt expensive for what it offered, so I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
